Delightful Reading 3 Questions

Hello,

My Daughter has gone through DR level 1 and is currently working through Level 2. I would naturally consider level 3 for Sept of 2025. I was also considering the Red book of Learning Language Arts through Literature. If anybody has experience with either, do you think both would be too much? Are the lessons in Delightful Reading 3 similar in length and style to Level 2? Any advice or comparisons would help. There is very little online for videos of people showing or using Delightful Reading 3.

I have 4 kids and I pushed my older 2 to work on reading very early. I didn’t know of the CM Method at that time. Both are good readers, but the forcing caused a lot less natural desire to experiment. My 3rd child is learning to read with DR and it’s been a lovely experience.

Any info on LLATL alongside Delightful Reading would be wonderful.
