Deleted Special Resources

    This was our first week with the SCM Organizer in action.  Most accounts are positive; however, I’m having a few issues that I can’t seem to work out and need some assistance.  I have used the Special Resource feature to schedule things like our daily copywork, piano practice, and Bible reading.  These are things that the girls do every day and, obviously, don’t have a preset format in your system.  i have watched the “Special Resources” video several times.  Under “divisions” I have put a random number (I have tried several to see if that would make a difference), say 100, without giving actual titles to each of the divisions.  When I go to check that they have “completed” this item at the end of the day on the “daily plan”, it must remove it completely, because the resource is then no longer showing up on the next day’s daily plan (these are all listed as daily, or almost daily entries).  

    What am I doing wrong?

    Interestingly, I am not having any trouble with any of the family daily entries such as Art Sturdy, Composer Study, Poetry etc. that I entered, and as far as I can tell, I have entered them the same way.

    Sarah, when you put in the number of divisions, did you click the little “Go” beside it to actually load that many divisions? Sometimes that little “Go” gets lost in the shuffle.

    If that doesn’t solve the mystery, let me know and I’ll go have a look behind the scenes and see if I can find any clues.
