Dallas area SCM or CM groups?

    Hi there,

    It looks like we just found out my husband is getting transfered to Dallas, TX for work.  I am pretty unsettled as my whole family, friends and homeschooling network is here in Georgia. 🙁  But, I was wondering if anyone knows of good, Christian, CM or SCM friendly groups in the Dallas area by chance?  As well as churches (prefer family integrated sytle)?  Thank you for any help.

    I live pretty close to Dallas, closer to Fort Worth, but I am not involved in any homeschool groups there.  I will post to my local group to see if anyone has any information. I know  there are tons of groups in the metroplex.

    I live in the Dallas metroplex, Frisco, North of Dallas.  Very family-oriented area!  I am pretty new to CM myself and so have not hooked up with a CM group yet.  I am aware of one that a friend of a friend is actively involved in, and have been intending to investigate.  I belong to a local home-school group, but mostly receive encouragement from the wonderful people in my church.  I would certainly recommend you check out the website of our church (Grace Church) http://www.gracechurchfrisco.org for lots of info on what we believe, and the life of the church.  What part of Dallas are you looking to move to?
