Curious if anyone is going to Sally Clarkdon's Mom Heart conference?

    I’ve been feeling a bit burned out lately, and was just dreaming of going to her conference. I’m sure it’s a spirit-lifter for moms who attend!:)

    I went to the one last weekend in California and came back so inspired. I was blessed by the community of mothers, the message of grace, and the encouragement to add God’s Word, prayer, and beauty to everything we do. Sally had her sons speak and give hope to mothers about God’s plans for their own children’s futures regardless of seemingly tall obstacles…like SAT test scores and college applications. I also loved loved loved seeing scanned pages of a personal prayer journal. The message was clear: we are not alone…we have the God of the Universe Who has placed mothers all over this planet.

    If you have a chance to go, do it!! I attended the Colorado conference and I would agree with everything Janell said. It’s a great mid-winter boost and I have new ideas that I’ve been pondering ever since that will benefit my family for many years…brand new seeds of thought that are cross-pollinating and multiplying. I can listen to Sally over and over…she always points me to the Word and strengthens my purpose which helps me persevere with grace as a homeschooling mama.
