    Hi!

I’m considering doing the Module 6 guide with my children, but I’d like to just focussing on the American History and the Bible/Geography. Would it work to not do the World History portion until later? In other words, are the two different history sections interdependent or independent?

**Edited to add: I would be using the guide, not just the free online outline.

     Thanks so much!

We are doing the American and World in separate semesters with the Module 5 guide.

    That’s a good idea, HiddenJewel. 🙂

I think that there might be better continuity that way.

    Anyone else?

You can do whatever you like… it’s your homeschool!

You’re right, suzukimom! I really just wanted to make sure that the different history sections didn’t have any components that were used in both at the same time. (I don’t think I’m explaining that as well as I meant to!)

The intertwining of events was my concern too. But doing both at the same time was driving me batty so we switched.

Thanks for your help! I’ll talk this over with my husband…
