The cottage press, language, art curriculum looks intriguing. But I’m not understanding how to spread it out over my entire homeschooling time with my children through the years. It seems like it would only cover three years worth of work? And then I have to fill him with another curriculum for language arts?
Do you think, 2 primer levels both with 3 seasons. 3 for first year/2nd grade and 3 for second year/3rd grade, 1 Fable and song. 1 year or split into 2 years and that would be 4/5th grade , 2 Bards and Poets. Could I spread that one over 6/7/8th grade or would that be too little? and 3 Poetic and Progym. This spread over the high school years? Thank you for your input!!!
Yes, you could do Primer 1 and 2 over 2 years, then Fable & Song could be done in one year or you could do it only 2 or 3 days a week and spread it over 2 years, finishing in 5th, then do Bards & Poets and Poetics & Progym for a year each. Only the first level of Poetics & Progym is available now as a field test version. I believe there will be 3 levels. Anyway, at a pace of a year per level that would take you to 10th grade. But, those upper levels look challenging so that gives you wiggle room to slow down as needed. Or you could do the 2 Bards & Poets levels over 3 years like you mentioned, and finish Poetics in 11th.
