I just finished reading Conquista! by Clyde Robert Bulla to my sons and we all really enjoyed it. (such great illustrations!) At the end it says the books was based off a movie by Michael Syson. I’ve tried to find the movie with no success. Does anyone know about it or have a lead for me on how to find it? Thanks!
Not sure of the quality or trustworthiness of either site. Just as a side note, be careful clicking on any websites where you can watch excerpts for this film (and make sure your kids aren’t around). I wish I hadn’t clicked on all but these two. Sheesh! I am going to have to work on my internet filters.
It looks like the film was originally 43 mins long (out of the UK) and then was adapted and shortened for US viewers and then again shortened for use in US classrooms.
