Computer game question

I severely limit my son’s access to computer games.  Maybe once a week if that.  He has asked about playing PubG.  I have looked at online reviews and they are mixed. I am looking at some input from other parents. PluggedIn doesn’t have a review of it so I am hoping someone else has some insight into this game. I am not very tech savvy so I would appreciate any advice.

My son is 10 yrs old and I don’t know if this game is too violent for him.
