    can you all suggest good comic books for 7 – almost 8 yo.  He has read some entry level ones that he loved – it has sparked a new love of reading for him.  I wanted to let him move on but am unsure of where to go from here.

    Did you look in your library for “graphic novels”?  Gee, that sounds creepy.  Anyway, ours has The Tale of Desperaux that my dd9 liked (reading is not her fav).  I know they have other ones that would appeal to boys too.  I think she loves being able to finish a book so quickly.  He probably wouldn’t be interested in The Babysitter’s Club huh?!

    Tintin books are favorites in my library.  I think they’re coming out with a movie?
