combining Bible and history w/o SCM guide?

    I’d like to combine Bible and history somehow, but I like the history spine we’re using (Child’s History of the World) and don’t want to switch.  Is there an easy way to combine Bible and history without using a predone guide?  I’ve googled for a schedule but have only found one for CHOW and the Vos storybook and I would like to use Egermeier’s instead.

    Just make a chart with corresponding chapters. Read through CHOW and simply read the subject from Vos but from Ergermeirs (if it’s about Joseph, then find it in Ergermeirs). Even if no one else has done this, it shouldn’t take long using the table of contents.
