    Is there a way to delete a student? I have graduated students who I no longer need to have show up in reports etc.

    You can delete a student, but that removes all their records. If you need to still access their records, you’ll want to mark them inactive. To do this, go to the “Account” link in the upper right corner, then choose “Student Information”. Click “Edit” next to any student to mark them as inactive. Inactive students’ records can still be accessed, but they won’t show up on your reports or in the Organizer.
