CMO Detailed Report Problem

    Everytime I try to create a detailed report for the whole school year I get the following error message:

    “We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
    If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.”

    I have no trouble creating a detailed report for a month or a week, it just won’t do a year report.

    If it helps I am using Chrome on Windows Vista, on a 6 year old Acer laptop. I have copy and pasted the message exactly as it appears.

    I’m sorry about that. It looks like the report is large enough that our server is timing out before the report is finished. I’ll pass your details over to our programmer to see if we can do something about that. In the meantime, if you need the reports right away, you might try running the school year report for each student individually.

    Thank you for the reply Doug. I was only trying to do a report for 1 student. I had unchecked any boxes that I did not have anything scheduled for. I just tried it again for the same student with unchecking the box to include family studies and unchecking any subjects that had no resources, and got the same error message. I was able to create a report for a single subject, math. I actually don’t need the report until the end of the month, I was only trying to create one so I can gauge where we are.

    ETA:

    I just attempted to create a summary report for the same student including family studies for the school year, it also timed me out. The summary report was also attempted with the box for including family studies unchecked, still timed out. I can send an email with the student name if it will help. Also the email address for this account is the same as the email address on the CMO account.

    Thanks for that additional information. That helps a lot with trying to find what’s going on. If you could send me an e-mail with the student name, that would also be very helpful.
