What is the difference between marking a resource complete vs deleting it from the schedule?

If you delete a resource from your schedule, all the unfinished assignments will be removed. When you complete a resource, it means you’ve finished all the assignments that you scheduled. Either way, any work you’ve recorded for that resource will be shown on your reports.

Thanks for the quick response. So if a mark complete a resource, will all the remaining assignments be marked as being done even though they haven’t been marked off yet?

One other question too…. If I mark an assignment as having been finished on a particular day but later go in and edit it to having only been worked on for that day, will both worked on and finished show up in my reports or only the latest entry? Thanks

Right now, there isn’t a way to mark an entire resource as finished. The only way to finish a resource is to mark off the last assignment you have scheduled.
