    Karen, thank you for posting this detailed information.  I had pretty much decided on the 101 series for my son for high school which he starts next year.  You saved me from wasting money on an incomplete curriculum.  Is Apologia the only HS level science curriculum you recommend?  He has done well with the God’s Design from AIG but sometimes gets bored with it when it’s an area he already knows about.  He reads a lot of science living books and really enjoys creation science.

    Check out science for high school .com.   The Apologia book can be used as a reference for this course.

    We recommend Apologia for general science, physical science, physics, and their advanced science courses. We recommend either Apologia or Science Shepherd for biology. For chemistry, we recommend Dr. Wile’s chemistry course, Discovering Design with Chemistry.
