Just wanted to let everyone know that we’ll be doing some scheduled maintenance on the CM Organizer on August 24 at 1:00 AM Central. It will be unavailable for a few hours while we perform some software and security updates. No new features this time, just some behind-the-scenes upgrades to keep things running smoothly.
And by the way, the Organizer has been down for more than “a few hours.” I have been trying to log in since yesterday and now it is almost 24 hours of getting the Bad Gateway screen. I tried all the suggestions for fixing it on my end – clearing cache, rebooting computer, etc. Nothing has worked. To be honest, I am wondering if I should cancel my membership and go back to hard copy lesson plans because it will be a more major problem if this happens again during the school year and prevents me from being able to print things out for my charter school. If I had a meeting with our ES tomorrow, I’d be screwed. 🙁
Same. Can’t log in. Trying to print the weekly schedule for our new school year. I have tried in both Edge and Chrome browsers. Clearing the cache, cookies, and history did not help.
I know its scary when we cannot access the things we rely on so much to keep us on track. I just wanted to let y’all know I have been using the organizer going on year 3 and have never had a problem getting in. The one time I had an issue with my account the team fixed it promptly, long before my record keeping was impacted. I just wanted to assure everyone that the organizer is absolutely reliable and worth the cost. The SCM team does a great job taking care of us!
So sorry about the trouble. The CM Organizer server went down while we were all at church yesterday morning. We got it back online in the afternoon. It looks like it’s down again this morning. We’re working on fixing it and we’ll get it back online as soon as possible.
