CM Organizer Problem

    I am a paid subscriber and my account is current but when I try to add a resource to my CM Organizer it is saying that I am only a Basic and need to upgrade to Paid. My account is current and the next payment isn’t due until the 24th. It was working fine until today. What should I do?

    Sorry about the trouble with your CM Organizer account’s renewal. Here’s what going on: Our store software and the CM Organizer are having trouble “talking” to each other right now due to some technical problems. We’re working on getting that fixed as quickly as we can.

    In the meantime, I’ve updated your subscription to full paid access and you should now be able to use the CM Organizer as usual.
