I’m a little pea green at the group over in Jacksonvile, I admit! I remember meeting some of you when I drove over for Sonya’s seminar. I’m afraid east of you is desolate in terms of CM, which is ok I’m not going to falter in my dedication to such a wonderful philosophy but it sure would be nice to swap ideas a bit here and there in person.
We are beginning a book discussion group called Learning with Charlotte in the next couple of months. We will meet every 4-6 weeks as we study through CM’s works. We’re starting with volume 1, Home Education. This is an effort of two groups, River City Homeschool Adventures and Lighted Path Homeschool Connection. If you’d like to join us for the study, you’re welcome to do so.
Thanks Christie, please do keep me updated on that study group. I would love to join in. I think it would be well worth the drive over and the timing sounds like it would work too.
My sister and I are in Orange Park, and I think we both would be intrested in this kinda of study. I was blessed to find the entire 6 volumes last year. I have read some here and there, but how fun to read through with other ladies!
We are in Live Oak. Basically in the woods in between Tallahassee and Jacksonville. I wish there was a group here or close for CM methods. We are trying to transition over and I could use all the help I could get.
