Does anyone know of a CM co-op near Richmond, VA? I live in Prince George County, VA, which is south of Richmond, but I figured I would cast a wider net to see if there are ANY co-ops relatively close. We are just starting out homeschooling and CM fills like a good fit for us. It would be wonderful to be able to meet up with other families using the same homeschooling methods!

I just moved to Richmond three months ago and have also been looking for a CM group in the area. I discovered this listing on the Charlotte Mason in Community website and contacted Katie today —
Community Name: Motherculture
Meeting Location: Midlothian/Richmond, VA
Community Description: A small group of Richmond area families dedicated to enriching the lives of our children through a CM education. We hold a monthly mom’s night out for coffee and book study. We have several outings/field trips planned for the coming months and hope to start monthly group nature study and art study. Most families use the Ambleside online curriculum, but we welcome all interested homeschool families!

I live in Williamsburg and I’d happily make the drive as well. 🙂 My kids are 12, 10, 8, and 7.
