Hi.. I was using a basic account without realizing my account had expired. I paid through paypal to upgrade my account earlier today. Can you tell me how long it takes for the upgrade to actually happen? I’m trying to get my resources all caught up and I am stuck while I wait. Please help?

The same thing is happening to me…any update on how long this takes? Interesting that when my subscription ended, my access was removed immediately but reinstating it isn’t so quick. 🙁
The SCM team is very responsive. I recommend sending them a message through their contact form, if you have an issue. They will see that faster than a forum thread.
Thank you. Taking Sunday off is fine, but I’m pretty surprised the system isn’t automated. How inefficient for you to have to manually activate and handle every account each time there’s a subscription– especially when expiration or cancellation is automatic.
Usually the system is automatic and account upgrades happen instantly. In this case, however, the upgrade process got stuck and we had to manually fix it.
