    I work in our church library and we are trying to update our children’s area.   Much of what we have is either very old or twaddle.  We have a small budget to order some new titles but I am not that familiar with what is out there.  If anyone has any recommendations for good Christian picture books, I would greatly appreciate it.

    We have several picture books from Max Lucado that are wonderful!  Also, the Legend of the 3 Trees is a personal favorite of our family.  If you have a Half Priced Books near you I can often find great Christian picture books there for only a couple dollars each.

    Paul Maier has some beautiful books called The Very First Christmas/Easter/Christians.  Julie Stiegemeyer has some great holiday ones on Thanksgiving and Saint Nicholas.

    Check out Library and Ed.  They have wholesale books for churches, schools, libraries, and homeschoolers.
