Chinese

Hi, my 11 yr. old son really wants to learn Chinese. Do you have any recommendations? I want to give him the chance since he’s wanted to learn for about a year now, but considering that he won’t be immersed in it regularly (hardly ever, to be exact!), should I give it up? He did like Rosetta Stone when it was available through the library although since it was a short period of time I can’t say how successful it would have been. Also, something cheaper is preferred. I did look at Tell Me More which has mostly good reviews, but I only found negative reviews for their Chinese program.
