My son is ready to start a new science book.  We use Apologia and I believe Chemistry is next, but I found a great used copy of Physics cheap.  Could he flip these or not?  I can’t afford to buy both right now so I need to make a sound decision.  Thanks Misty

They can be studied in any order as long as your child has had the pre-requisite math for each course. Chemistry and physics are both math heavy sciences. Physics needs a higher level of math than chemistry. The math pre-requisite for Apologia Physics is Algebra 1, geometry, and at least the first half of trigonometry.

Good to know… I guess to be safe we better start with Chemistry! Smile
