    I thought I read somewhere about a bio. of Charlotte Mason. Does anyone know the title/author? Is it still in print? Have any of you read it?

    I own it, but have yet to read it. The Story of Charlotte Mason by Essex Chomondeley.

    there is a newer paperback version of this floating around – I had to search hard, but found a church library that had it and I was able to order it by phone (the hardback is outrageously expensive used most of the times I’ve seen it) for a reasonable price. If you look hard you should be able to find it – I can’t remember off the top of my head where I got it, it has been a while….

    oh yikes! the paperback is outrageous too! I just checked the isbn of mine on a book search site! I will try to remember where I got mine.

    I lucked out and got an excellent copy in hb for $20.

    that is good! I think my paperback was only $12 brand new – the ones I looked up were around $100 used!!! and I can’t find where I found mine…
