If you are looking for some more information on using Charlotte’s methods with a group, check out http://www.charlottemasonincommunity.com . It’s shaping up to be a great resource.
Thank-you Christie! What an amazing resource! Suddenly my artist study and composer study planning is done for the year! I can’t wait to puruse the rest of the site!
This is a fantastic resource! The first time I looked at it, I totally missed the “Class Resources” which will be a fabulous resource to refer to for art and music studies. I feel like doing cartwheels because I’m so excited to have our first CM homeschool year! After browsing this website, I decided to study James Whitcomb Riley since we live in IN. We can visit his birthplace and see where he is buried and make an instant first connection to poets/poetry. Great links on this website to recitations of his poems which really bring them to life.
Y’all are most welcome. The CM mom who runs the site has a link to submit co-op studies, too.
Hlmckinney – when I found Kent Risley’s recitation of “When the Frost is on the Pumpkin” it was a must share! We will be studying the Hoosier poet this term in co-op and I intend to show that recitation in our morning matins assembly.
Blessings,
Christie
