Is it possible to change the order subjects are listed in the daily plan? I’d love for the student checklist and my family checklist to match our daily schedule.  The printed daily plan could then be checked off in order by each child instead of having them look at a separate schedule then search through the checklist for the assignment. If the organizer has this function, could you tell me how to do such?  Thanks.

The Organizer subjects are set to appear in alphabetical order, and I’m not aware of any way to change that.  However, there is one trick you might do when you plan your schedule for the year that would “fool the system” and display them in the order you choose.

As you are entering your resources, you first choose a student or “family” to whom you are assigning that resource.  Then you are asked to select a subject.  In that drop-down menu is a selection called “custom subject.”  You can select that and in the box that appears below it, enter A: Math (for example).  Then choose the rest of what is needed to schedule that resource, such as lessons or chapters, days to schedule, etc.

So, let’s say your daily schedule is Bible, Math, Literature, Science…..and so on.  You would call your subjects A: Bible, B: Math, C: Literature, D: Science, going along in order as you add subjects.  That way, your daily plan will show your subjects in that order.

As Sue said, there isn’t a way right now to rearrange the subjects and assignments on the Scheduler/Daily Plan. That feature is on our wishlist of ideas to add in the future, though.
