I no longer have my gall bladder but instead of lamenting the loss as some do, I say “Good riddance!” I actually do okay with good fats. It’s only the bad ones that give me a problem. But, they gave me a far worse problem when I had my gall bladder. Trying to steer clear of them. I do try to incorporate enzymes into my supplements and probiotics so that does help. The chiropractor is who actually told me my gall bladder was bad before the internist found it! Gall bladder pain mimics back pain quite often. Lemon water does wonders for all of those issues as well. Don’t know why exactly but it does. What about Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar? Maybe that would help with healing.
