I am so excited it’s time to renew my phone and I am going to join the world and get one that does “something”  with my plan I will have 3 options.  I was wondering if you can tell me the pros and cons if you know about any of them personally or from others.  Thanks

My oldest son and my boss both have the SIII.  They are VERY cool phones, you can do just about anything with them. Very big screens–touch screens.  Have you had one of those before?  They are quite different.  My son is “advanced” and has rooted his and installed a bunch of custom modules and stuff.  He pretty much depends on it for his day to day existence.  LOL  My boss is worse!  He is daily installing experimental modules.  It is a LOT of phone, if you don’t intend to use all its capacities.  Both my boss and my son rarely ever use theirs AS a phone.  They run their lives, watch movies, listen to music, text, apps that do EVERYTHING—-they are rarely out of their hands.  I myself didn’t pick a phone like that because I knew I would not use all the capabilities that it has very well–a less “fancy” phone, with less things to go wrong, would do what I wanted to do, at less cost.  SIII users tend to use a lot of data.

No will not need a lot of data.  But the BF sale makes the phone only $40 dollars?  Seems like if I’m going to pick one up why not use my birthday money from the IL’s to get me a great phone.  I will be stuck with it for 2 plus years, cause there are years we can’t upgrade.  Glad to know the Samsung is a good pick.  Who knows I might be able to learn something from it LOL
