Well despite how very simple and easy the organizer is to use, I haven’t checked anything off in about 6 weeks. we’ve been doing school all along with an occassional day of for Thanksgiving, so any suggestions on how I catch up the organizer to where we are.
Glad Im not the only one, but waiting this long for a reply… I’m thinking there may be no hope for us. I might actaully have to check off six weeks of reading assingments and math etc… and hope that I get to about where we are when it’s all said and done… that’s what I get for putting off something that only takes a second!
I can think of two options. One will be quick but not as detailed; the other will take a little longer but keep your detailed records accurate.
1. Quick but not as detailed: Check off everything you did over the six weeks as Finished today and add a Daily Journal Note explaining the actual dates those assignments cover. For example, “Work marked finished today is actually from December 1, 2009, through January 1, 2009” or something like that.
2. Take longer but keep your detailed records accurate: For each resource, expand the Today boxes so you can see the little calendar icon. Click on that calendar to add a date box for each day you worked on or finished that assignment. Check it off as usual.
