I cannot access the SCM website on my iPad. I have tried the home page and the link to the store from the forum. The dark blue background shows up and the menu at the top right. I can pull down the individual menus but when I click on one, it goes to the blue screen again. I was wanting to find out the price of the new DVD set.
I too am having trouble on the website on my iPad. When you click to check out the DVD set for example you have to scroll through a blue screen all the way to the bottom before you can find the information looking for.
Thanks, Doug. I followed your instructions, but it is still just showing solid blue with the menu links at the top right. I do have a computer I can use to access the website. I just hope others that are new to your materials don’t have the same trouble and give up.
@Jennifer, You could try powering your iPad full off and back on to see if there is anything that clears out. Just press and hold the top button until you see the slide to power off control on the screen.
Thanks, Doug. I will do that later. I am downloading something right now. I’ll let you know how it turns out. I appreciate your help and techy knowledge. 🙂
Well, it’s still not working. I did realize that I can scroll WAY down to view everything on the website. Very strange, but I am not bothered by it. Thanks for your help. It must be a problem on my end.
I did some trouble shooting of my own. In Settings, I went to Safari and cleared Website Data. I also turned Debug Console on. The website now comes up clear and correct. Yay!
I think my iPad is one of the originals. It was gifted to me. The information you requested is as follows: Version 5.1.1. Model MC497Ll
I’m glad to hear it’s working, Jennifer. I was afraid the site might not be displaying properly on older iPads but that doesn’t seem to be the case now. You probably don’t need to leave the debug console on as I suspect that’s not a factor. (But do let me know if it is.)
