One thing that we used this past year with our 3rd grader was Print to Cursive and it worked very well as well the readers for grades 1-3 that go with Ancient Greece. We pretty much stick to all SCM curriculum and it works beautifully as each year builds on the year before and language arts is woven through all the subjects.
