I didn’t realize that the lesson plans call for a new edition.  Can I use my old edition or will we be missing out?  I hate to delay the start of our next lessons.  Could I start with the old and then switch to the new once it’s delivered?

Mostly christine miller replaced the early chapters of the book. The old ones are evolutionary and she rewrote it from a creationist viewpoint the first few chapters are on nothing new press for a preview. She explains the differences there too.

Dont start with yours and order another. Either figure out the differences and add in her free few chapters of preview or waite and order a new one. She also added to a few chapters near the end i think. Also the chapter numbers are off but you can figure out how to align them.  I would just use the free preview and then read from your book from then on….unless i had a spare 30 dollers….

I don’t feel that we missed anything vital by not ordering Miller’s version – I can edit names such as “barbarians” and explain the differences in our faith and the false gods just fine. I used an older version and it was great!! =) My kids love Greek history and still talk about it a lot.

Thank you for your advice!  I think I’m going to think about it over the weekend and then go from there. I may just compromise and get the ebook, although I do prefer a hard copy.
