Can anyone provide a review for this science curriculum?

    Has anyone used http://www.scienceexcursion.com/Curriculum/Grades/4thTo6th/ ?  I have researched all kinds of sciences and I ran across this one that first is very cost efficient, doesn’t look CM friendly at all, but the readings look so short and to the point, that I thought you could add in some lovely books. My kids are hitting that experiment age and this comes with everything they need, but perishable stuff. The sample experiments look easy enough for them to do too.

    Anyway, any review would be helpful.

    I haven’t used or heard of it, but from the looks of it, I’m interested.  I think adding a lab once a week is ideal.   You can still read living books on other days.  When it comes to science I am a firm believer in hands on.  My thoughts at this point is one day science lab, one day nature study (because I think it is partly science), other days living books/information.
