I’m having an odd bookfinder search issue. I’m assuming all the MathUSee curriculum is in the database? I’ve never had one before that wasn’t. Anyway, I need to schedule MUS Zeta. I tried searching on “zeta” and got only Five Little Peppers and How They Grew ??? , the Journals of Lewis and Clark, and Pinocchio. I found that odd. Next I tried searching for Math-U-See, mathusee, MathUSee, MathUSee, and MUS. ALL these searches turn up NOTHING at all. So I tried just searching for math. And I got only Michelangelo by Diane Stanley. ???? I’m having a puzzling moment. What am I doing wrong here? Anything else I can try??
OK, I’m trying to do OTHER stuff now, and still getting weird results. I tried searching for my science books I needed to enter–I searched “God’s Design” and got NOTHING. So I tried searching “chemistry” instead, and I got Bully for You, Teddy Roosevelt, a biography of Charles Dickens, Gulliver’s Travels, On the Banks of Plum Creek, Pollyanna, and Voyage to the Stars, but NO books about chemistry of any kind. Even the Apologia Chemistry book that I scheduled yesterday didn’t show up in the search. I’m perplexed and stymied, Doug, help!
It is acting strangely for me, too, when I put something in the search box. However, if I bring up the Bookfinder page and click on one of the tags (i.e., “math”), it will allow me to scroll through all of the math books and find Math U See Zeta. I can click on it and bring up that page.
We’re checking into it now. By the way, we just noticed this on the forum. We’re happy to help here but you will get a quicker response through our contact form.
Oh, wonderful! We were having fun at the house trying to guess what had happened—little brownies running around in the server crossing all the links connecting search terms–you know, like old-fashioned phone operators? Mischievous elves? Disorder Fairies?
