    Does anyone use book plates? My children want to mark some of their books with their names. Just wondering if anyone has a favorite source. Thanks!

    I have a stamp and an embosser that read, “Groff Family Library – established 1996”. These were gifts from my husband for Christmas and I LOVE them!

    I also have a stamp and love it – however my book plates are still in my books that my mom passed down (though some are falling out, the sticky wore off after 30+ years). My son actually commented on them today – he asked what my name used to be and I told him what my maiden name was – he said “I have seen that in all our books on the caterpillar stickers”

    I work for Family Christian Stores.  We can imprint most books or make book plates.  They are $5/line (up to 25 letters).  They are heat imprinted with foil.  (If you happen to have a store in your area.)

    @Christie,

    Would you share the name of your stamp/embosser?? I saw one at Staples, but want to make sure I get a good one.

    Thanks.
