Book notes

When I joined a book club at our church, I started typing up my favorite quotes from the books we discussed. I enjoyed having those so much, I’ve expanded to doing the same for non-book club selections. In order to keep the flow of reading, I just stick a post-it-note flag on the page and go back to type in the quote.

The following is one I found in The Wednesday Letters by Jason F. Wright: “Son this is history. It’s our history. Some of it is painful, some of it is beautiful, but it is who we are.”
