Book mark, keeping your place

My biggest caution is making sure the bookmark doesn’t damage the book. (I’m always thinking preservation.) Not sure how the elastic bands are used. One photo shows the 3-D part inside the book and if there are buttons, brads, sequins, etc., that could do damage to the pages. Same with paperclips. With books that are well worn and fragile (like many of mine are) I’m kinda picky about the bookmarks my patrons use. I love pretty bookmarks! Enjoy! Just use caution with decorations.
