    Hero Tales by Dave and Neta Jackson or Christian Heroes by Geoff and Janet Benge- which do you prefer and why?

    Does anyone have a preference of one over the other?

    I’ve just started Christian Heros with my eldest 2 this year. They seem to enjoy the story so far. I cant really say why I choose this title over others. But after I looked them all over and read the samples I just felt this series was a better fit for my kids. But that’s just our family. Your kids may like the other better? HTH. Happy reading!

    Katie,

    Are you looking for independent readings or something for you to read aloud?  Hero Tales give brief biographies.  I read some to my older children when they were younger.  The Benge series are a favorite with my 8th grader.  He’s been reading them for roughly 3 years (American hero’s and Christian hero’s).
