We were just given a Kindle Fire and I only intend to use it as a reward for my girls (better than candy right???) – I don’t want any silly games – they seem excited enough to play games that reinforce learning concepts so might as well take advantage!  I have a 3 year old, 5, 7 and 9.  I don’t mind paying for a few aps that are really exceptional, but of course FREE ones would be great!  I’d love your suggestions – I don’t want tons – just a dozen or so, giving each of them 3 or 4 choices when they “earn” their Kindle time.

    Thanks!

We have one called Spanish droid that my 5 yo. Likes, it is Spanish flash cards and he also has Preschool and Kindergarten games. I never really looked into the apps. For the kindle, but I’ve heard there are a few good ones, I will see if I can find the list.

Here are a few that are on our kindle that seem to be used.  They were probably free when I got them but I don’t know if the price has changed.  We don’t actually use the games very much so no guarantees.  Smile

Oh thanks!  I’ll check that list out!  My little ones LOVE starfall and I downloaded that last night – it was $3 but well worth it for their content!

Looking forward to taking a peak at the other ones!
