Best Apps for Teens

My son is 17 1/2.  He gets too caught up in games/phone to properly control his time (I get it w/ the phone. It’s a problem for me too).  Any suggestions on apps that will help him better manage his time?

What about a good app for budgeting his money? He is working part-time and I am trying to work with him on guidelines for tithing, saving and spending.
