AFthfulJrney ParticipantI just signed up for Audible and was looking for some recommendations…both for adults and children. I know some books are better read on our own, depending on the narrator, so I’m hoping to get a list of the good ones to have available for road trips and such this summer!
Thank you!
missceegee ParticipantThe trumpet of the swan by E. B. White is my all time favorite.
Litte Britches series by Ralph Moody is fantastic
A Christmas Carol narrated by Tim Curry
the Saturdays series by Elizabeth enright
Rush Revere series
Wonder by Palacio
The Princes s and the Goblin by George MacDonald
Winnie the Pooh series narrated by cast – Stephen fry and Judi drench, etc.
Jonny Tremain by Esther Forbes
101 Dalmations
That should give you a few ideas.
Happy listening.
