Artistic Pursuits

    Has anyone used these books (Artistic Pursuits)? They look good, but are a bit expensive. Also, my guy will be in 1st this summer – would I need to start with the K book or could we jump in with the 1st grade book?

    Thanks Sara B. !  I thought it sounded familiar!

    So, since you have the book in hand now, what do you think – start with book 1? I’m sorta getting that impression from what Rachel wrote in the other post. It also sounds like its something that can be stretched out for more than a year without problem, which is cool when considering the cost.

    I am going to start with Book 1 since we have it.  We haven’t started yet, though.  I plan to do it during the summer (which is coming up very quickly for us) with the kids once or twice a week, and if we like it, get the first & 2nd books before I have to return this one.  Wink  I also am one who likes to start at the very beginning, so maybe I’m not the best judge?  LOL  HTH a little!

      Yes, I’d start with Book 1 for your little guy.

    My daughter will be in 1st Grade and we start with the first book, too:)
