We’re studying Module 4 – the Middle Ages this year and are about to go on a road trip and was wondering if this would be suitable (if so, what version). I am totally unfamiliar with the tales.

The reviews at the bottom said the sexual and bawdy stuff is out, just the body counts are left!
I have the Mary and Charles Lamb version but can’t seem to find it anywhere. I inherited it from my childhood, along with the Tales from Shakespeare.

Oh yes, and Jim Weiss has an audio version he created for ages 5 and up, so that’s a definitely cleaned up version, plus very entertaining since it’s him:http://www.greathall.com/products/arabiannights.html
If you go to Amazon, you can probably find it for less or under the used section.
