Anyone use olde world maps?

I am looking at purchasing the olde world maps from homeschool in the woods and I’m just wondering how you all use them. The suggestion for the curriculum I have says to print out a master set for a three ring binder and put them in plastic protective sheets for labeling to save printing. I would like to buy some parchment paper for printing to give it that old feel but wondering how many master maps there are that I would need to print out since the website doesn’t mention it.
