Anyone Use Miquon? Need Help Yellow Bk pg D22

    Hi!

    We have been using the Miquon books and getting great review. We have hit a wall with pg D22 in the yellow book. If anyone is familiar with Miquon, we would love the help!

    The Lab Sheet Annotations book would probably be useful for you.  From what I can see, they are changing the problem to subtract whole tens to make it easier.  So for the first question 34-18, you change it to take away 20 instead.  Since you are taking away 2 more, you need to start with 2 more.  So the middle part would say 36-20.  And then from there the answer would be 16.  Does that make sense?
