I purchased some things last night and downloaded half and now it won’t recognize my email address as a valid one to log in and download the rest. Never sent me a confirmation email for my order either. Wondering if anyone else has had problems with this site.
I emailed them and they responded that they had no record of my order…which is very odd because all the ebooks I downloaded last night after ordered are on my computer! They sent me a 10% off coupon to reorder, so I guess I’ll just have to do that. If I had downloaded everything last night I never even would have realized they didn’t record my order…I’m not very good about checking credit card statements, so apparently I wouldn’t have ever paid for it. I wonder how many people will end up having done that inadvertently.
I know who the people are behind the Build Your Bundle sale and they have a track record of integrity. If anyone did have a problem I’m sure they will do everything they can to make it right.
I just checked my online credit card statement which I hadn’t done before, and there is a pending charge to BYB from last night. So now I don’t know what to do since they don’t have a record of it but my card was charged. I guess I will have to purchase everything again and trust that they will refund the original charge.
I didn’t have trouble ordering. They must have had issues with lots of people ordering at the last minute. I think I ordered on the 2nd day of the sale. I hope it all gets resolved for you!
I did have issues with a few of the pdfs disappearing from my computer! I was able to log back in a re-download them (making sure I saved them this time). So if you do get them downloaded, make sure they are saved!
Is this the first time you all have ordered one of the bundles? I thought about it, but I’m afraid I would forget that I have them on my computer and then not use them.
We do now own a tablet (woo-hoo, as of two weeks ago), so maybe I would use e-resources more……..I just don’t know – I’m not very tech-y.
