Is anyone else getting this message “blockUI requires jQuery v1.2.3 or later. You are using v1.10.2.”

I had books in my cart and then all of the sudden, this message appears and it erased my cart. It also took away the “add to cart” button for the products.

    Can anyone help?

Thank you Melissa. It must be a website issue then instead of my computer. It was working fine earlier. I am not having problems on other websites with carts.

You know how it is when you FINALLY get to order a new book for homeschool and you are sooooo excited? I want the website to work NOW! LOL!Cool

I am having the same issue! Weird! I’m sending a report to see what they can tell us, although I feel kinda guilty about it since Jordan and Doug are both working the conference in Jacksonville. 😉

Please don’t feel guilty. I need my books :))) I would send the report but I don’t know how. Enlighten me for the future?

I am sure Doug will look at it when he can. The team is busy recording the Jax conference today.

Actually, it was my applying a software update to the site that caused it. Sorry.

    It should be okay now.

I just got that message – about 7:43pm eastern.

    Thank you.

If you force a page to reload then it should be fine after that.

Hi Doug. Thank you for the response. However, I still get the message at first upload of website. After forced reload, the message doesn’t appear, but my “add to cart” button is still missing. I would really LOVE to add to my cart. LOL!

    What to do now?

I still get the message when I visit the “home” page.  AFter selecting Forum, it’s fine.  No message.

Thanks for the reports. I can now see that there’s more to fix than I had originally realized. We’re working on it but it may be a few hours.

Okay, I think it’s really fixed this time. Please let us know if you have any further problems. Thanks.
