Even though I have one year until I officially have a high schooler,  I am getting a bit nervous! I was wondering if anyone had  a general layout as to what course of study to do throughout the high school years?

    Thanks 🙂

Hi Tameka! I live in FL but I just wanted to share that HSLDA has state graduation requirements somewhere on their website and you should be able to find the info on PA’s department of education website.

I live in PA and will have three in high school next year. Our course of study varies per child to reflect their strengths and interests and also varies based on what classes are offered through our local co-op. Checking out the state requirements is a good idea.  You can also check into the diploma programs that are offered.  Many people I know like the Erie program.

Tameka, where do you live?  We’re in Elverson just outside of Lancaster County.

    And we’re near Chambersburg, PA.

WOW!  You both are Central PA!  We live in Harrisburg, close to HersheyPark!

I saw Mason Dixon and Erie at CHAP and walked right by there booth 🙁

I have been reading great info on HSLDA’s website.  What a help that has been  It has calmed my nerves a little bit 🙂  I’m still a bit worried but thankful I have a year to get it together.  I just want to count some credits this year towards high school.

    Any Suggestions?
