I am wondering if you have any good suggestions for tweens dealing with anxiety and stress. This is not of things we have put on our children just things they have put on themselves.

Any good, books, web sites, or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

The title of this book made me roll my eyes, Freeing Your Child From Anxiety.  It sounds like a do-it-yourself title for something those of us with anxiety disorder kids know is much more complicated.  I am not sure why it is titled this because it is a really great book.  It is fairly accademic but you don’t have to read every page.  As I started a chapter and realized we were not dealing with this type of disorder, I skimmed and moved onto what we were struggling with.  I found it very helpful and it was recommended to me by my oldest daughter’s OT/Sensory Processing therapist for my second dd9.  I highly recommed it.
