Another Question…Poetry

    If you’re studying a particular poet, do you use that poet’s work for memory/recitation, do you use something else or mix it up between that poet’s work and verses, short parables, quotes, etc.?

    You certainly can, if you would like to. We keep Scripture memory going all the time at breakfast — that’s just a given in our house. Then we can add other memorization work at other times as desired. It would certainly make sense to memorize poems by your selected poet.
