    Are you able to mark an assignment for a resource as worked on but not complete and still move on to the next assignment and be able to mark the next one as either worked on or completed?

    No, you can only be working on one assignment in a resource at a time

    As suzukimom said, you can only work on one assignment at a time, but you can schedule a resource multiple times if you need to. The division selector in the Scheduler will allow you to choose only certain divisions to work on.
